What's actually free? Does it expire?+

Free is free forever. 100 AI replies a month, 1 seat, 10 KB articles, 7-day chat history. The only things you don't get on Free are automations and custom branding. No card needed; no countdown; no “upgrade or your account dies” email.

Why the same features in every paid tier? Isn't that bad business?+

Probably. We've watched people pick Salesforce because they needed one thing locked behind a higher tier and ended up paying 6× for the rest. We'd rather sell capacity than unlocks. If you outgrow Starter, you outgrow it because you have more conversations, not because you suddenly need a feature we kept from you.

What counts as an AI reply?+

Each time the AI sends a message to a customer. Human-agent messages don't count. If the AI runs an automation and then sends a follow-up reply summarising the result, that's one reply, not two.

What's an automation?+

Every time the AI does something for you: looking up an order, opening a ticket, scheduling a demo. If the same conversation triggers two different actions, that's two automations.

What happens if I blow past my limit?+

Nothing breaks for your customers. We notify you at 80% and 100%, and conversations keep flowing. We'll send a polite email about upgrading rather than cutting off your inbox.

Can I switch plans mid-month?+

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at your next renewal so you don't lose paid-for capacity.

Annual?+

Yes. Pay annually, get two months free (~16% off). Email us if you want a quote, otherwise toggle it from the billing page after signup.

Refunds?+

If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid plan and you've sent fewer than 100 messages, full refund, no questions. Past that, no refund, but you keep access until end of period.
