By accessing or using Chatmina (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chatmina provides an AI-powered customer support platform that includes chatbot functionality, live chat, ticket management, and analytics. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Account Registration
To use most features, you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to access systems you're not authorised to use
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any price change affects your subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chatmina and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
7. Customer Data
Conversations and content you provide remain yours. We process them only to deliver the Service. We don't use your conversations to train shared AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chatmina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
